Dave Jordan

Dave Jordan is the founding force behind Format Entertainment created 15 years ago. Bringing together some of the top music supervisors, songwriters and producers in entertainment, Format pioneers a dynamic approach to music supervision.
As a supervisor, Dave is known for his work on the blockbuster Marvel movies, including recent sensation Avengers: Age of Ultron as well as the upcoming Captain America: Civil War and Dr. Strange.
Dave is currently working on the Key & Peele comedy Keanu (New Line), and Marvel TV’s “Luke Cage.” He also supervises the hit new television series “Empire” (FOX) and “Agent Carter” (ABC). You may also recognize his work in the cult comedy genre with films such as Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle and Dude Where’s My Car?
In 2015, Dave’s work on Guardians of The Galaxy won him a Guild of Music Supervisors Award, as well as a Grammy nomination for Best Soundtrack.
Jojo Villanueva

Jojo Villanueva’s love for music landed him this role, but his hustler’s spirit and unstoppable attitude has kept him active in the industry.
He worked on the wildly anticipated Straight Outta Compton (Universal), and is currently working on an untitled project from Illumination, the creative force behind Universal’s animation studio that brought you titles like Despicable Me and Minions.
Jojo helped expand Format’s TV division with “SMASH” (NBC), which garnered two Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Original Music & Lyrics, the crime drama “Reckless” (CBS), and the number one series on TV “Empire” (FOX). Currently he is working on “Luke Cage” (Marvel).
For 15 years Jojo has worked alongside Format Entertainment founder, Dave Jordan. Together their credits include the comedies Vacation and Horrible Bosses 2 (New Line) and Unfinished Business (New Regency). Upcoming projects include comedy Daddy’s Home (Paramount) and the Key & Peele comedy Keanu (New Line).
